Walk
Set aside 10-15 minutes each day to read a chapter from 1 John this week (there are 5 chapters in the book). Reflect on what it would mean to apply and practice the teaching in these verses in your day.

Choose a longer format Bible reading plan – perhaps one that reads through the whole New Testament or one that leads you through the entire Bible. The YouVersion app includes dozens of reading plans organized by theme or length of time. The Bible Project offers one as well. Choose one and begin reading. Consider inviting a friend to read through the plan with you.
