As Christ served us, we are compelled to serve others. Throughout December we will be collecting items for hygiene kits and assembling them together as a family on December 17. These kits will be handed out through Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission. Your generous gifts of hygiene items give men, women and children a renewed sense of dignity as well as improved mental and physical health.
We are collecting these items below. Full size or travel. Bring your items on Sunday morning and drop them off in designated bins.
– Toothpaste & Toothbrushes
– Dental Floss
– Q-Tips
– Mouthwash (non-alcoholic)
– Deodorant
– Razors
– Shaving Cream
– Soap Bar

  • Investigate proven strategies to prevent relapse
  • Study practical daily techniques to remain free

Have you thought about how your past influences how you do life today? We see patterns of dysfunction in our lives but don’t quite know how to break out of it. Even after you have tried to change your behavior, do you see yourself still making the same destructive decisions over and over again? If this seems familiar, join us in “Making Peace with Your Past.”
Are you a controller or do you feel controlled? How do you answer someone who wants your time, love, energy and money? Do you have trouble saying no? Healthy relationships depend on healthy boundaries. But many people don’t know where to start. Boundaries is a group which follows the DVD series by Dr.’s Cloud and Townsend. This material helps us define our personal boundaries or markers such as our feelings, thoughts, desires, body and actions. Together we will explore how to find freedom relationally.
