Northshore Community Church

Help us bring Christmas joy to 1,500 kids!

As you know, part of who we are at Northshore is a church together for our neighbors, the next generation, and those in need. This happens in big and small ways throughout the year, but with the holidays approaching, I want to let you know about an opportunity to make a special difference in the lives of hundreds of children and their families.

To make Christmas a little brighter, we aim to provide gift cards for 1,500 children whose families could use a little help this time of year. Most of these children are from under-resourced families in our region that we've met through our relationships with local school districts and other ministries. Others are children of inmates around our state and across the country.

To reach this goal of 1,500 children, we are asking everyone who calls Northshore home to contribute at least $25, which will be used to purchase gift cards. Those who give will receive an ornament with the first name, age, and, when available, the city of the child(ren) you are sponsoring this year. That way, you can pray for them by name throughout the holiday season. With a simple gift of $25 and a commitment to prayer, you can bring joy to a child and their family this Christmas.

A special note for those of you familiar with our previous Christmas generosity project, Toy Shop. Because of Covid-19 precautions, we will not be hosting families or distributing toys on our Kirkland campus as we have in the past. As a result, we're asking you not to bring or send physical gifts or gift cards this year. Instead, please participate by filling out the form below.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can’t pay $25? That’s okay.

Can’t Pay $25? That’s okay. Give what you can, as it's the heart behind the gift that counts. We'll still give you an ornament with a child's name on it so you can be reminded to pray.

Can I give more than $25?

Absolutely! You can donate any amount and choose the number of ornaments you would like to receive. The more you give, the more children you can help support.
