Pastor/Director of Northshore Kids Ministry

Provide leadership, development, and direct oversight for the Children’s Ministry staff and volunteer programming teams (birth-5th grade) as it pertains to the vision, mission and strategy of all environments specific to Northshore Family Ministries. Requirements:  BA or BS degree, previous experience with large-church Children’s/Family Ministries. Experience developing Children’s Ministry programs and recruiting and equipping volunteers. Production Arts Assistant

This 15-hour-per week position that is intended for someone that has a passion for AVL and seeing people come to know Jesus through the environments AVL enables us to create. The purpose of this role is to develop and grow this person over a one-year period by equipping them to lead teams that facilitate regular mid-week events as well as running tech for special events that take place across campus. Ministry Internships (Students, Children, Worship, etc.)

Seasonal internships are a training ground to equip an individual in aspects of leadership within church ministries. These internships are designed around a person’s developing ministry leadership gifting while also giving exposure and training in a wide array of ministry experiences.  There are limited opportunities for paid internships, as well as academic and non-academic internships.
