Stuck in a Cave

Depression can feel like being trapped in a dark cave. It can feel overwhelming and hopeless. Most of all, it can cause us shame. But as we look at the lives of God’s faithful followers in the Bible, we see that depression was all too common, as it is today. We see that this depression is not who we are, and we are not alone in the darkness.
