About this series

This two-part sermon series kicks off a year-long journey through the Sermon on the Mount, as we revisit the foundation of what it means to follow Jesus. We’ll explore the very beginning and the very end of Jesus’ teaching, providing the framework for the life He calls us into. Part 1 | The Great Invitation (Matthew 4:18-22) Following Jesus starts with a simple, yet life-changing invitation: “Come, follow me.” This message challenges us to move beyond the question, “Am I a Christian?” to “Do I want to be a disciple of Jesus?” It’s not about labels or status—it’s about a decision to pattern our lives after Him. Part 2 | The Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20) As disciples of Jesus, our calling doesn’t end with us. In this message, we explore how being a disciple means becoming someone who makes disciples. Jesus’ last words on earth call us to go, to teach, and to baptize, spreading His life-changing message to the world.
