Pastors & Ministry Leaders Gathering

Gen Alpha Teens Are Here. What Now?

Pastors are leading in a moment of rapid generational change. As Generation Alpha begins entering the teenage years, many of the assumptions we’ve relied on for forming faith in students need to be reexamined. What’s different about this generation? What remains timeless? And how should the church respond?

Join us for a pastors, church staff or church volunteers lunch-and-learn at Northshore Community Church on Tuesday, February 10, from 12:00–1:15 PM. This conversation will explore new landmark research from the Fuller Youth Institute and its implications for preaching, discipleship, family ministry, and the long-term faith formation of the next generation.

Cost: $15 (boxed lunch provided)

Speaker: Brad Griffin
Brad M. Griffin serves as Senior Director of Content & Research at the Fuller Youth Institute, where he helps equip pastors and ministry leaders with research-based insights for the church today. He is the coauthor of more than fifteen books, including Growing Young, Sticky Faith, and 3 Big Questions That Change Every Teenager, and regularly speaks with pastors across the country on generational change and faith formation.
