Summer 2018 Groups

Discovering God’s Grace in Our Stories (Women)

In this group, we will be finding God’s grace in our life story through art, prayer, and journaling. We will be using Storyropes(c), crosspages, and other collage projects. You don’t need to be an artist to be healed through art.

Monday nights,  June 4 – August 27,  6:30 – 8:30pm

Conquer Series

This DVD and discussion series focuses on sexual purity by helping men get to the root of bondage. It offers principles and practical tips to conquer porn and find freedom. This is not about behavior modification but is about heart transformation.

This series will explore strongholds that keep men in bondage:

  • Examine the neurochemistry of addiction
  • Discover the weapons and strategies of God
  • Investigate proven strategies to prevent relapse
  • Study practical daily techniques to remain free

Thursdays, August 2nd – September 13th, 6:30 – 8:30 pm.

Making Peace with your Past (Coed, Women)

Have you thought about how your past influences how you do life today? We see patterns of dysfunction in our lives but don’t quite know how to break out of them. Even after you have tried to change your behavior, do you see yourself still making the same destructive decisions over and over again? If this seems familiar, join us in “Making Peace With Your Past.”

Begins Monday, June 4th, 6:30 – 8:30 pm.

Untangling Relationships

Are you a people pleaser? Do you have trouble saying no? Would you like to have ‘truly healthy adult’ relationships with others? If so, come join us.
